7th september

I went out the entire night. not sleeping, only playing. and played lots of games. with the usage of cards. FUN! and HYPER!

haha.. anyway, why was i out the entire day, was because i volunteered for the aviva ironman.

working as someone who fill water and serve them throughout and i can tell u this is no easy job.

and with this experience, i will treasure the volunteers from now on in all my races.

no kidding, i didnt sleep for nearing 24hours already. and didnt bathe over 12hours because we have to report at ECP at 3am in the morning. and work starts at 7am.

people only start running in at 9plus and large crowd at 11plus.

and last runners past through out water station at 4pm.

long day indeed, and i slept the entire time in the bus. dont know what i did. but i remember banging on my head a couple of times. HAHA.

and this is triathlon volunteer team from TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC. nice bunch of peoples and im hiding in the back.
